WE SHIP ANYWHERE IN THE USA! 


Shipping Methods 

We ship orders within the contiguous United States using FedEx, USPS, and UPS services for predictable pricing and fast 1-, 2-, or 3-day delivery to most areas. Shipping is limited to the U.S. at this time. Cookies are perishable-sensitive items; we package them carefully, but we cannot guarantee condition upon arrival if exposed to extreme temperatures or delays beyond our control. 


Shipping Rates & Calculation 

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected carrier service, package size/weight, and destination. The flat rate includes base service—no zone or weight surcharges within limits. We pass on exact carrier charges with no markup. 


Processing & Delivery 

Orders are processed and handed to the selected carrier within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Transit times are the selected carrier estimates and begin once picked up. Delays due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other events are beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays, nor for damage from improper handling after handover to the selected carrier. 


Address Changes 

Verify your shipping address carefully before ordering. If you request a change after shipment (via the selected carrier tracking or support), any fees the selected carrier charges for address correction, redirect, or related services will be passed directly to you. We cannot cover or guarantee these changes. 


Liability, Loss, Damage & Claims 

Shipments are governed by the selected carrier’s Service Guide, terms, and contract of carriage (see fedex.com, usps.com, or ups.com for full details). Coverage: All carrier provides up to $100 in declared value coverage per shipment at no extra cost for loss, damage, delay, or misdelivery. Our Liability: Once handed to the selected carrier, risk of loss, damage, theft, delay, or misdelivery passes to you (or the recipient). We are not liable for these issues, nor for consequential damages (e.g., spoiled cookies, lost profits). Exclusions: The carriers limits/excludes liability for certain items/events; we disclaim all warranties regarding shipping. Claims: File claims directly with the selected carrier per their rules (strict deadlines apply, e.g., notice soon after delivery). Provide proof of value/damage. We may assist but are not responsible for results.
